EARLY HEAD START/HEALTHY TOMORROWS

To provide home visiting for families eligible for Early Head Start, who are pregnant or have children under the age of 3. Home visits provide a curriculum for promoting child growth and development to parents. Home Visitors serve as role models, educators and mentors to families who are socially, environmentally or economically at risk.

COMMUNITY CARE ACCESS

The Community Care Access Program is a Free home visiting program that supports pregnant women and their families through their baby’s birth and first year of life.   A trained Community Health Worker (CHW) will work with ‘Moms’-To-Be’ to help plan and get ready for the new baby.  The CHW will help and assist with finding necessary resources and developing plans to face the challenges of preparing for a newborn.   The CHW is an active advocate who will inspire and support a healthy pregnancy and the arrival of a healthy baby.
